Soothe, Ease, Digest Tea
Finally a gently herbal blend to soothe the stomach by aiding in digestion… it works and its drinkable! I know in the past I have created some pretty bitter stomach recipes, but that is because it is directly linked! Digestion and relief that is! The standard american diet (insert appropriate acronym SAD) is not easy to digest and our stomachs were the slowest part on our body to evolve. Our stomachs need to be babied with raw fruits and veggies, high in minerals and fibers to promote the secretion of the digestive enzyme… step in herbs.
Pour 1.5 cups boiling water over 1 Tablespoon of tea. Cover, Steep 10 min, and remove plant matter. Drink prior to meals daily, for best results. Avoid sweetening and adding dairy.
